Today I am reviewing the Peter Thomas Roth Skinstant Mask Magic collection. The set is sold out, however, individual jars are sold separately. This set contains 1.7 ounce masks of Rose Stem Cell, Cucumber Gel and Pumpkin Enzyme. I also purchased the larger gift set that includes the Gold Mask, and Irish Moor Mud, so stay tuned for those reviews. Stay Beautiful! XOXO
A collection of three of Peter Thomas Roth’s most popular masks to detoxify, repair, and polish skin. This trio includes
effective treatment masks for nearly every skin concern. Cucumber Gel
Mask helps soothe, hydrate, and detoxify dry, irritated skin while Rose
Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask contains cutting-edge plant biotechnology
that isolates and replicates the perfect rose stem cells for maximum age
repair. Pumpkin Enzyme Mask is a powerful and highly effective
exfoliating treatment that addresses a dull, aging, and congested
complexion.
This set contains 1.7 oz Cucumber Gel Mask, 1.7 oz Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask, 1.7 oz Pumpkin Enzyme Mask
Formula: Rose Stem Cell: The rose stem cell has a gel consistency, smells like fresh roses and is super hydrating. This one is meant to repair skin and give it a youthful glow. If you leave it on longer than recommended, when rinsing it off, you'll notice that your skin feels like water -- really baby soft and moisturized. You can use it as a primer, however, I found that it pills and peels in conjunction with other products. It's also recommended to sleep in overnight so you will wake up to glowing skin. So far, the only results for me were hydrated skin. Cucumber: This gel-like mask is soothing for irritated skin and works better when chilled in the refrigerator first. I love using this after a glycolic peel treatment. It's a fancy coolant for heated skin. Pumpkin Enzyme: Personally, I found this to be the most effective of the trio. The scent is DIVINE! The formula is not a gel here, rather it has a subtle scrub consistency. You will notice how much smoother and exfoliated your skin looks after one use. Pumpkin enzyme is the best skin exfoliator out there. While the masks are on the high-end of the spectrum, they comfort, soothe exfoliate and hydrate the skin. In all honesty, I find that the pumpkin version lives up to the pricey tag more than the others. Although, the box set allows you to try all three for a decent price so you know which one you want to buy in the full size size and they are cruelty-free.
