With warmer weather heading our way I thought now would be an ideal time to showcase examples of three easy pieces you can wear today as you start to transition away from a winter wardrobe. All of the clothes are right on trend and available to buy from your favorite retail outlets. I'm giving you a few hints on how to wear each one but let your own imagination be the guide to styling each look. Have fun! Stay Beautiful! XOXO

Classic Updated Trench. Spring was made for trench coats and with new gorgeous feminine fabrics out this season you can pick any look you like. The great thing about a trench coat is that it's a perfect transition piece keeping you warm while allowing you to replace a winter coat. Wear it at the office, an evening out or simply for a lunch date. You don't need any other accessories if you find the right one with a wow factor. The trench you choose should be the focal point of your outfit.

Denim Overalls are ideal for this time of year. It's a one piece outfit that's so easy to style. Wear with your favorite shoes or boots and throw on a few accessory pieces like golden bangles, a cute scarf or a fun belt. You can dress the denim up for evening wear with glam stiletto's and a fringe clutch or keep it simple for a day look with athletic sneakers and a stylish handbag.

Caftans and Tunics are on a meteoric rise.  This has got to be one of the simplest ways to transition into warm weather.  Most people think you should save this dress for the beach but in fact it makes for a great layering piece. You can throw on leggings or tights under a caftan, wear knee high boots and layer with a long sleeve top -- which consequently is another trend, the shirt and dress look -- while adding your own personal flair. This trend screams Bohemian look so it's fair game to be creative with the styling. You get to decide the rules.
